Abstract

Introduction

This issue of Communio Viatorum features expanded versions of papers presented at a conference on "Anthropology of Hope" held in Prague in May 2023. The conference was the final event of a six-year Charles University Centre of Excellence Research Project on Theological Anthropology in Ecumenical Perspective. The issue addresses the persistent question of where and how to find hope in today's world, especially in light of societal indications of hopelessness. It includes articles exploring hope in various contexts, from working with parents of disabled children to addressing the child sex abuse crisis in the Catholic Church.
