This The purpose of this study was to anticipate bullying act in SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi Labschool UMSIDA. To achieve that purpose, the researcher used qualitative research in the type of phenomenological research. The data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study showed that the school have several school activities to anticipate bullying act, such as anti-violence programs, discussions, full supervision, gathering with students, creed/moral approaches, academic approaches, persuasive approaches, home visits, teacher training and parenting seminars. In anticipating the occurrence of bullying, school not only focus on student activities, but also provide understanding to parents and teachers to collaborated in anticipating bullying behavior in schools. Assistance for children with special needs (ABK) to avoid undesirable things when their child is in a tantrum.
Schools can prevent bullying through a combination of anti-violence programs, teacher training, parenting seminars, and activities like discussions and home visits. Collaboration between teachers, parents, and students is key to creating a safe and supportive environment.
Effective anti-bullying programs include full supervision of students, moral and academic approaches, persuasive communication, and regular gatherings with students. Schools can also organize teacher training and parenting seminars to address bullying behavior.
Schools handle bullying by implementing preventive measures like anti-violence programs, discussions, and home visits. They also focus on educating teachers and parents to work together in identifying and addressing bullying behavior.
Parents play a crucial role in preventing bullying by participating in parenting seminars, collaborating with teachers, and supporting anti-bullying initiatives at home. Schools often involve parents through home visits and discussions to ensure a unified approach.
Schools can support children with special needs by providing tailored assistance, such as supervision during tantrums and inclusive activities. Teachers and staff are trained to handle specific situations to ensure these children are protected from bullying.
The best strategies include a mix of preventive measures like anti-violence programs, teacher training, and parenting seminars, as well as active supervision and moral education. Collaboration between schools, parents, and students is essential for long-term success.
Teacher training equips educators with the skills to identify, prevent, and address bullying behavior. It also helps them create a positive classroom environment and work effectively with parents and students to tackle bullying.
